Ezy Gym is a cloud-based gym and fitness management platform designed for gym owners, fitness businesses, and eligible homeschool physical education providers. The Platform provides tools for managing memberships, class scheduling, bookings, attendance, check-ins, subscriptions, and related business operations.

By using our Services, you acknowledge the data practices described in this Privacy Policy. Where applicable law requires consent, we will seek it separately.

Payment card information is handled through Stripe's payment infrastructure. We do not intend to store complete payment card numbers or card security codes in Ezy Gym's application database.

Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, a participating organization may act as a data controller or business, while 3MPSTUDIO may act as its processor or service provider.

In other circumstances, 3MPSTUDIO may independently determine how certain information is processed, such as account administration, platform security, customer support, and Ezy Gym subscription billing.

Requests relating to information maintained by a particular gym or program may need to be directed to that organization. We will provide appropriate assistance consistent with applicable law and our agreements.

5. Homeschool PE Programs and Children's Information

Ezy Gym is developing functionality for approved homeschool physical education providers to manage student enrollment, classes, attendance, and authorized guardian relationships.

These features are intended to support the administration of physical education programs, not to create independent accounts for young children.

When these features become available, information processed may include:

Student names.
Grade levels and age groups.
Program enrollment information.
Class bookings and attendance.
Authorized guardian relationships.
Guardian consent and related records.

Student accounts will not require independent logins in the initial Homeschool PE implementation.

We intend to limit the collection of children's information to what is reasonably necessary for the relevant educational or administrative services.

Before enabling the collection of real children's information, we will establish applicable parental notice, consent, access, correction, deletion, retention, and security procedures.

Where legally required, verifiable parental consent will be obtained before collecting or using children's personal information.

Important: The Homeschool PE student and guardian functionality described here is planned functionality and should not be interpreted as a statement that these features or their associated consent processes are already operational.

With participating organizations: Authorized gym owners, staff, and program administrators may access information necessary to operate their organizations, subject to applicable permissions.

With service providers: We may use third-party providers for hosting, authentication, payment processing, email delivery, security, and other technical services. These providers may process information on our behalf or as otherwise described in their applicable terms.

With Stripe: Billing and transaction information may be shared with Stripe to facilitate payments, subscriptions, currency localization, tax calculations, fraud prevention, and related services.

To protect rights and safety: We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, prevent security incidents, or protect the rights and safety of users and others, as permitted by law.

3MPSTUDIO generally retains personal information for as long as an account or participating organization remains active on Ezy Gym.

Following termination of an account or organization, we aim to delete or de-identify associated personal information within 30 days, except where longer retention is necessary for legal compliance, financial recordkeeping, security, dispute resolution, or other lawful purposes.

Certain information, including transaction records, consent records, and legally required audit information, may be retained for a longer period.

Information stored in backups may remain for a limited additional period according to applicable backup retention procedures.
